Returns the oldest last-synced timestamp across the org root domains.

GET 
/v1/sender/domains/sync/last-synced

MIN(last_synced) over every applicable (root domain × sync_type) schedule row of the org — verified roots count all sync_types, unverified roots count only the public-DNS ones (verification, dns_records). lastSynced is null when no root domain has completed an applicable sync yet.
