Create a workspace
POST/dev/v1/workspaces
Create a workspace under an organization. The id is minted by the server. Requires action__workspace__create on the organization. The name must be unique among the organization's workspaces (case-insensitive, trimmed): a clash is 409 name_conflict. An organization that is not migrated to the workspace model (or does not exist) is 409 workspaces_not_available.
